We understand that life happens. Here's what you need to know about Bill's Gun Shop & Range policies for training class cancellations and rescheduling.

Course Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Students must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to receive a full refund. Bill’s Gun Shop & Range allows a one-time rescheduling at no additional cost, provided you contact us before the course start time. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 fee. Failure to attend a class without proper cancellation or rescheduling notice will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.
